Can I have my item shipped to an international address, US PO Box, or FPO/APO military address? At this time, we are unable to ship items to:
• International addresses
• Post Office boxes in the US
• APO/FPO military addresses.

How long will my item take to arrive?
Your item will be shipping from one of our 4 strategically located warehouses in Harrisburg, PA; Chicago, IL; Fresno, CA or Atlanta, GA, whichever is closest to your shipping address. You may choose from a variety of shipping options including Free Standard, FedEx Ground, UPS 2Day delivery or UPS 1Day delivery. Next day delivery is not available in some remote areas. To confirm its availability in your area, please contact UPS directly. Customers in Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, are not eligible for ground shipping and must choose either next day or second day delivery. Large screen TVs and other heavy or bulky items may incur significantly higher freight charges. Please contact our customer service team with any questions. Items shipped to remote areas may be delayed.
Total Time For Delivery
Total time for delivery is the amount of time it takes for order processing and approval, payment authorization, and transit from the carrier. Please take this into account when estimating when you think your order will arrive.
Processing Time
Our Customer Service department thoroughly reviews every order to ensure accuracy, validity of the payment method, and that you are authorized to use the chosen method of payment. Once your order has completed this process, it will be sent to the appropriate warehouse for shipment.

At Checkout, you will have a variety of shipping options to choose from. Shipping time is the amount of time it takes your purchase to reach you once it has left our warehouse. Shopdeck.com's shipping options include:
• UPS Next Day Air: Choosing UPS Next Day means you will receive your package the next business day after it was shipped.
• UPS 2nd Day Air: Choosing UPS 2nd Day means you will receive your package two business days after it its shipped
• FedEx Ground: With FedEx Ground, your purchase will arrive to you 1-5 business days (Delivery is based on distance to destination) after it is shipped.
• Free Standard: With our Free Shipping option, your purchase will arrive to you in 5-8 business days (Delivery is based on distance to destination)
How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping charges vary both by weight and the state it is being shipped to. We offer a variety of shipping options including next day, second day, ground, and free standard. The availability of our Free shipping promotion varies by product and weight. Our system is designed to calculate shipping costs by the weight of the item(s), price, and shipping destination. All shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
What do I do if something is missing from my order?
If something is missing from the manufacturer’s box (i.e. a remote control or instruction manual), you should contact the manufacturer directly to expedite receipt of the missing item. If something is missing from the shipping box (i.e. you ordered 2 items and only 1 is delivered) this means that the additional item will be arriving separately. In this case, you can contact Customer Service at support@prizegamers.com to check the status of a missing item.
After arranging for a damaged exchange, how long will it take to receive my new item?
We make every effort to ship inventory as quickly as possible. We can not ship your new item, however, until the damaged item is in our possession or that of our shipping company. From that point, you can expect your item to ship in 48-72 business hours.
My item is defective, but the timeframe to return or exchange it has expired. What can I do?
If the time frame has passed to return the item to Shopdeck.com or arrange for an exchange, you must contact the manufacturer for a replacement.

Confirmation of receipt of your order, via email, does not signify our acceptance of your order or confirmation of our offer to sell or our offer to sell at the price specified. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason and to cancel it at any time. In addition, we may require additional verifications or information before approving an order
Return Policy
Video game Consoles, Software and Accessories can not be returned after 30 days, as all sales are final and covered through manufacturer's warranty. For all other items, orders may be returned for a full refund minus shipping cost if inquiry is received within 15 days of receipt. Items must be returned brand new and sealed as originally received. You will need to obtain an RMA number or the return can't be processed.
We do not accept any returns for:
Orders older than 30 days from receipt
Items that are opened, incomplete, tampered, or in used condition
Orders without an RMA number
How To Return Products:
We accept returns at our Harrisburg, PA location only. You must have a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any merchandise to Shopdeck. Please contact us at returns@shopdeck.com within 15 days of shipment for a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning your product to Shopdeck.com.
No returns will be accepted without a RA number. For faster service, please include the following information in your email:
customer name, order number, item number, and the reason for the return.
Once an item arrives at our returns facility in PA, we will immediately send a replacement or issue a refund. Return Authorization numbers are good for fourteen (14) days only. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused.
DOA/defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model. Defective product must be in original factory carton with all original packing materials. The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not the carton. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE CARTON.
SHIPPING CHARGES:
Original shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping charges on returned products are the responsibility of the customer. We will match the shipping method and pay for shipping charges on replacement or exchange products. We strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage.
